Nicole is passionate about the law and became a paralegal to help provide a voice for those who need someone to fight for their rights and obtain the best possible outcome. She determinedly advocates for her clients and compassionately supports them as they navigate legal issues.
She obtained her Paralegal Diploma from TriOS College and received her Paralegal licence from the Law Society of Ontario in 2021. After graduating, she worked at Hey Legal Services providing a variety of services such as client intake interviews/needs analysis, legal research, document preparation and other legal administrative tasks.
Nicole is a certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist CITRMS®XV. This certification in conjunction with her paralegal licence allows her to offer a broad range of services to assist and guide clients who have been victims of identity theft.
Since 2022 Nicole has been providing legal and identity theft services to customers of Assistance Services Group. This includes not only legal guidance but acting as a go to resource to help customers navigate the process of resolving and mitigating the impact of an identity theft.
Prior to becoming a paralegal, Nicole successfully operated a driving academy she founded in 2015. This experience has not only equipped her with significant insight into business dynamics but also how to succeed by providing an exemplary customer experience based on an individual’s requirements. This customer focus is a cornerstone of her paralegal practice.
Nicole is fully bi-lingual in English and French.
